Puppies bought from us through our website are secured with at least one month health guarantee by the breeder. In case of any doubt about what is secured, kindly read the rules and regulations concerning your state.

When you buy your puppy, your puppy is supposed to undergo a professional vet check within 10 days after purchase. If the veterinary doctor discovers that your animal is having any health problem or has contracted any illness within 5 to 10 days after purchase, you can choose one of the following solutions: • Send back the puppy and receive a full refund • Send back the puppy to be replaced with another puppy of the same price • Return the puppy and you will be highly compensated for veterinary fees, not exceeding the price of the puppy purchased

When the seller has shown a wellbeing certificate that shows the date and time, signed and stamped by the veterinary doctor, the above options provided will not be applicable.

After purchasing your puppy, within one month, if a professional veterinary doctor shows that your dog has a congenital or hereditary problem affecting the puppy’s wellbeing negatively or if your pet dies from the aforementioned diseases, you are also entitled to the above solutions listed.

An alert must be made, and a message sent to you showing the address and phone number of the veterinarian who vet-checked the puppy, within 24 to 72 hours of the certified veterinary approval of your puppy’s illness. If notification to the seller is not done within 72 business hours, the blame will be placed on you because you might lose everything. Since different states have different rules and regulations for purchasing puppies, please kindly go through the conditions in your state before buying your puppy.

In the United States, each state has different rules and regulations concerning the secured wellbeing for puppies already sold. All breeders promoting business through our website are required to secure the wellbeing of their puppies for at least one month in states that don’t have the required wellbeing guarantee intact. In the event that a state rule takes precedence, giving out a guarantee for more than one month, that law stands priority.

*Many breeders offer guarantees on their puppies with extra time added. It is illegal for a breeder to offer a health guarantee that does not meet the requirements of the state. Please read the following points for more detailed information about extended hereditary health guarantees.

Extended Hereditary Health Guarantees (when advertised) • To cover any ailment or disease proven to be of a hereditary origin through a legitimate veterinary examination and lab tests, it will be specifically covered by an additional guarantee. • These guarantees do not cover normal veterinary costs incurred while providing general care for the puppy. • Legitimate documentation must be provided to the breeder before any compensation is paid. • The guarantee does not cover any costs related to injuries caused by the owner’s carelessness or accidental damage.

We guarantee that all vaccinations and deworming treatments have been administered as stated in the vaccination schedule. We encourage new pet owners to have their puppy inspected by an authorized veterinarian within two days of taking ownership of the puppy.

If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening genetic defect or any major health issue during the exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be provided, provided the seller is notified within 24 hours after the exam. The puppy must be returned to the breeder along with the ANKC registration papers within 24 hours, at no cost to the breeder, with a signed document from the authorized veterinarian stating the defect or issue.

The breeder is not responsible for any bills issued by the veterinarian; those are the buyer’s responsibility. This guarantee does not include issues such as misaligned bites, undescended testicles, categories 1 and 2 heart murmurs, injuries, fleas, ticks, ringworm, kennel cough, hernias, coccidia, giardia, or any parasites, as these are most common in dogs and puppies.

We are not responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Coronavirus after two days of the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and the puppy can contract them immediately after leaving the breeder. We will not be responsible for sickness or health issues diagnosed after the given time, unless it is expressly stated in this agreement.

We provide a 12-month guarantee that covers your puppy. Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from the birth date against life-threatening congenital defects, but not any disease (parvo virus, distemper virus, heartworms, or any nutrition-related illness). If such a condition is discovered by an authorized veterinarian, the puppy will be returned for replacement with another puppy of the same quality and price. The replacement will be subject to availability. The puppy will be replaced, and no money will be refunded.
